親民黨副總統候選人徐欣瑩昨晚在電視政見會大玩網路用語，指台灣在藍綠惡鬥下成為「魯蛇」、「不意外因為藍綠、你只想到你自己」，還問藍綠「有事嗎？」、「不要鬥、不要鬥、不要鬥，因為很重要所以說三次」；談客家政策時，更秀客語，搶抓客家族群選票。

卅分鐘政見發表，徐欣瑩暢談網路、長照經濟政策、具體主張降證交稅外，也猛批藍綠輪流執政卻惡搞台灣。徐說，這些年台灣成了追求小格局、小確幸、小幸福的國家，「似乎是政府的洗腦」，她希望讓台灣成為「三大」國家，有大格局、大收益、大幸福。

徐欣瑩表示，她是三位副手中唯一一位伴隨網路世代成長的人，廿幾歲曾沉迷網路，理解新生代如何用科技與網路改變世界，這是台灣轉型契機，可惜政府沒有掌握，「當國際已經原力覺醒時，台灣還執迷不醒」。

徐欣瑩說，台灣的實際條件只是小國，但虛擬世界卻能透過技術成為網路大國，她主張加大網路頻寬，推動有線無線電信服務頻寬，成為世界網路服務交換中心；建立數據通信高速公路，讓台灣與世界寬頻接軌；提升網路儲存量，成為世界數據中心，扶植人才發展網路加值應用，組上中下游產業，用台灣智慧賺世界的錢。

經濟政策，徐欣瑩主張設立穩定股市政策，降低證交稅，避免內、外資稅賦差異過大。
